Welcome to Sage Healing Arts!
The mission of Sage Healing Arts is to help you heal yourself. I work to empower you to realize your own healing capabilities, enhance your body awareness, and improve your quality of life. I assign practices, exercises and stretches for you to do at home to enhance your treatments.
To help you, I hold safe and sacred space in which you can drop into your center and realize your healing potential. I use combinations of Integrative Massage Therapy, Qigong Healing, Qigong Instruction, and Essential Oil Treatments.
I am nationally certified as a Massage Therapist, Qigong Clinical Practitioner, and as a Qigong Instructor. I also hold certifications in many other modalities.
